Location & Directions

The Crown House is ideally located for a visit to Duxford Air Museum which is only a few minutes away. The Univerity city of Cambridge and Stansted Airport are about 15 minutes down the road. Newmarket Racecourse can be reached within 20 minutes and London, with its many attractions, is only an hour away.

Driving Directions from the South

Leave the M11 at junction 9. Take the next exit at the roundabout and turn right. At the next roundabout take the 2nd exit. At the 3rd roundabout take the 3rd exit (B1383). The Crown House is 3/4 mile on the left.

Driving Directions from the North

Leave at junction 10. Follow signs to Saffron Walden (A505 and A1301) until reaching the last of the series of 4 roundabouts. Take the 3rd exit (B1383). The Crown House is 3/4 mile on the left.
